Game on - CAJHL ready to drop the puck
A new era is set to begin Wednesday night in Cold Lake, Alberta when the Aeros host the Vernal Oilers in the first-ever Can-Am Junior Hockey League game. It will be the first time the teams will meet this season under the new CAJHL banner after the six teams left the AAU-sanctioned WSHL last week.
On the ice, its a matchup of the top two teams in the league. Cold Lake (13-2-3-0) lead Vernal (13-1-2-0) by two points with the Oilers having two games at-hand.
All six teams will be in action this week and fans can stream them all live via Black Dog Hockey.
